Sketch is a group exhibition where the artist is asked to either draw or crop into an 8-inch square to isolate and reveal details within the artwork. Subtleties are magnified. Viewers peer into the thought process that is sometimes second nature to the artist—the intuitive composition, color relationships and purposeful lines. Sketch explores the art of observing, thinking, and mark making on paper.
